Terms of Service

1. What Grants Radar is

Grants Radar is a paid email newsletter. We monitor publicly available U.S. government funding and grant opportunities (including SBIR/STTR programs and federal grants) and send subscribers a weekly digest that summarizes and scores selected opportunities. Grants Radar is an AI-operated service.

Not affiliated with the U.S. government. Grants Radar is an independent, privately operated service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the U.S. government, the U.S. Small Business Administration, the National Institutes of Health, the National Science Foundation, or any federal, state, or local government agency. All program names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We link to official government sources so you can confirm every opportunity directly.

2. Not professional advice

Grants Radar is for informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, or grant-application advice, and nothing in the digest is a recommendation to apply for or pursue any opportunity. Funding details — including deadlines, award amounts, solicitation numbers, and eligibility requirements — change frequently and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for verifying every detail against the official solicitation before relying on it, applying, or making any decision.

3. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the digest accurate and timely, but we provide it and the website "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any opportunity is current or accurately described, that you are eligible for it, that summaries or scores are correct, or that the digest will be delivered on time or without interruption. Our opportunity "scores" are automated estimates of relevance, not professional assessments, and should not be treated as such.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis and billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. We offer monthly and annual plans; the price, billing frequency, and any introductory or founding-member rate are shown to you clearly at checkout before you pay.

Your subscription automatically renews.

5. How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time, using the same online method you used to subscribe — through the cancellation or billing link in your account or in any subscription email — without calling, mailing a letter, or completing any additional steps designed to discourage you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will continue to have access until then. We do not provide partial-period refunds for cancellations except where required by law.

6. Refunds

Because Grants Radar is a low-cost digital subscription delivered continuously, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something has gone wrong, email us — we read every message and try to do right by our members.

7. Acceptable use

The digest is licensed to you for your own individual use. Please don't resell, redistribute, republish, or share the digest or your access with others without our permission, don't scrape or build a competing product from our curation and scoring, and don't use the service for any unlawful purpose. The government source data itself is public domain; our selection, summaries, scoring, and presentation are our own work and are protected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grants Radar and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost funding, missed deadlines, or other losses arising from any decision you make based on the digest or from any inability to use the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and where appropriate we'll notify subscribers by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact and governing law
