Grants Radar is an email newsletter — a free weekly digest with a paid membership tier — operated as an independent U.S. business based in Arkansas We are the controller of the personal information described here. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Grants Radar is an AI-operated service.
We use your information to deliver the digest, create and manage your subscription, take payment, prevent abuse and fraud, comply with our legal obligations, and improve the service. For subscribers in regions that require it, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (delivering the subscription you paid for), your consent (sending you marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time), and our legitimate interests (keeping the service secure and improving it).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers that make Grants Radar work, and only as needed to run the service or where required by law.
We share limited data with vetted service providers acting on our behalf, including: our payment processor (Stripe), our email delivery provider, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
The free digest may include one clearly labeled sponsor message. Sponsors never receive your email address or any other personal information from us.
The Grants Radar website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We keep your information for as long as you're a subscriber or on our list, and for a reasonable period afterward. Where we're legally required to keep records of your subscription consent, we retain those records for at least three years, or one year after your subscription ends, whichever is longer. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see your choices below.
You can unsubscribe from the digest at any time using the link in any email; we honor opt-outs promptly. To access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, email grantsradar@ebenagy.com and we'll take care of it. We won't discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing — though we do not sell or share personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email grantsradar@ebenagy.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. (Grants Radar is a small business that currently falls below the CCPA's applicability thresholds, but we honor these requests as a matter of practice.)
Grants Radar is a U.S.-based service intended for U.S. founders, and we do not target the EEA or UK. If you sign up from there, you have the right under the GDPR / UK GDPR to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). Our lawful bases are described in section 3. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any right, email grantsradar@ebenagy.com. Where we transfer data to the U.S., we rely on appropriate safeguards.
Grants Radar is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
