Building 1 exterior work includes repair, restoration, and replacement of deteriorated building envelope components, restoration of the main entry walk and stair along with demolition of the existing temporary tunnel. Building 1 interior work includes demolition to the structural frame with abatement, removal of existing systems except to maintain limited building function and campus continuity, with end state to be in a physically secure and structurally sound condition for future development.
