Description

The Vermont Army National Guard has a requirement for up to 150 snow/ski helmets in various sizes (Small, Medium, Large, X-Large) and quantities. Helmets must meet the Product Description and Salient Characteristics as detailed in the Solicitation and Combined Synopsis and Solicitation (CSS) documents attached. Helmets must be fully certified to ASTM F2040 standards and MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) compliant. Domestic sourcing restrictions are waived asThe Government has an approved Individual Nonavailability Determination (NND) in accordance with RFO FAR 25.103(b)(2)(i).
