25 August 2026 UPDATE - AMENDMENT 0001 removes and replaces Quote Sheet and provides Q and A responses. RESPONSE DUE DATE IS NOT EXTENDED. OFFERORS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE AMENDMENTS WITH QUOTE.____The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Liaison and Director of Special Operations (LADS) Support Services, as defined in this PWS.
