Description
This is an AWARD NOTICE. This is NOT a request for quotes. No new offers will be considered. The requirement was informally solicited using FAR Part 12 procedures. Multiple offers were received. The award was made on the basis of the lowest fully responsive offer received to a competitive solicitation. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District sought a contractor to conduct weekly quality assurance surveys to capture as-built elevations of soil cement on the Southern Embankment Reach 5 (SE-5) project. SE-5 is part of the larger Fargo- Moorhead Metro Flood Diversion project and is located along 180th Ave South from Hwy 75 to just east of Wolverton Creek, in Clay County, MN. Surveys will be performed weekly (normally on Friday) beginning August 28 and continuing for ten weeks.
