Description

Grand Encampment Unloading The project consists of transferring over 300,000 cubic yards of stockpiled dredge material from the Grand Encampment unload location to USACE owned property (south of Wabasha, MN). Grand encampment unload location is without road access and has historically been used for the placement of material dredged from the main channel of the Mississippi river. The total magnitude price for the requirement is approx. $11-14 million dollars. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990.The solicitation is being issued as full and open 08/21/2026 amended to update specs and plans. 08/26/2026 amended to update attachment 2. 8-28-2026: Amendment 3 issued to update spec section 32 92 19 and update the submittal register.
