Description
This is a non-personal services task order for the Contractor to provide IO&T services supporting the activation of the AMLC APS-4 Warehouse, Buildings 765 and 955, at Camp Carroll, Republic of Korea. The Government shall not exercise supervision or control over the Contractor's employees performing services under this task order, and Contractor personnel shall not be considered Government employees for any purpose. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, management, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and other resources necessary to perform the services specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specifically identified as Government-Furnished Property (GFP). The Contractor shall be responsible for the supervision, management, direction, and control of its personnel and shall perform all required services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this task order. Per USFK 7150.01 and US ROK SOFA, only South Korean local vendors will be considered for this RFQ. If no offerors are deemed technically acceptable then the RFQ will be re-published for all interested vendors.
