Description
This is a two-phase Design-Build to Budget (DBtB) solicitation for the design and construction of the Component Rebuild Shop in accordance with procedures at RFO 36 and part 15. This solicitation is being issued on a Full and Open, Unrestricted basis. The Government will evaluate Phase I - Technical Proposals in response to this solicitation in accordance with the criteria described herein. The budget for this project will be $79,600,000.00 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, size standard $45M. NOTICE: Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment - Solicitation Module (PIEE-SOL) is the only authorized means of submitting a response to this Request for Proposal (RFP), any other form of submission WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PROJNET is the only authorized platform for submission of Request for Information (RFI) by interested parties. Any other form of submission, including email, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ProjNet provides the official record of RFI submission and responses. Guidance for the use of both PIEE-SOL and PROJNET are located in Section 00 20 00 and 00 21 00 of the solicitation. This solicitation has five (5) attachments.
