FULL BATHROOM RENOVATIONS OF BUILDING 181 AND 660 PROJECT LOCATION: FT BUCHANAN, PR THIS IS A RENOVATION PROJECT THAT INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Bldg. 181; The purpose of this project is to renovate the existing bathrooms space to enhance functionality, aesthetics and comfort. Tasks include demolition of current fixtures, installation of new plumbing and electrical system, selection and placement of updated fixtures, tiling and finishing touches. Additionally, add shower areas and lockers for soldiers in training, and bring the facility into compliance with ADA standards. The details of the work involved, and material required are detailed in the Statement of Work. Bldg. 660; The aim of the proposed project is to renew restrooms conditions by changing different elements to meet actual restrooms requirements. The work includes new walls and floor finishes, new ceilings, new equipment and new accessories, associated electrical and mechanical components, among other minor repairs. This type of contract has been utilized frequently by the local MICC/contracting office, using qualified general contractors.
