Description
This requirement outlines the procurement, hauling, and delivery of various aggregate stone and sand materials to multiple Directorate of Public Works locations to maintain tactical trails, base road infrastructure, and erosion control measures essential for sustained mission readiness. All delivered aggregate and sand must strictly conform to specified gradation, moisture content, and purity standards, with required laboratory certification provided before initial delivery. The contractor is responsible for utilizing properly cleaned, tight-bed dump trucks or semi-trailers that prevent leakage, comply with all posted bridge and culvert weight limits, and operate safely across designated delivery routes. Deliveries must commence within five business days of order issuance, follow a twenty-four-hour advance coordination notice for site access during authorized hours, and include certified weight tickets for inspection and acceptance by the site manager.
