The purpose of this amendment is to correct PWS (Attachment 1), Instruction to Offerors (Attachment 2), Evaluation (Attachment 3), Questions and Answers (Attachment 6). The response date is extended from 16 October to 28 October 2026, 1300 hrs. See RFQ Amendment 0003 and Attachments. All other terms and conditions are not changed.
