This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, and the small business size standard is $19 Million. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The contractor is required to sign the attached solicitation document and return 1 copy. EVALUATION OF RESPONSES / FACTORS: Award will be conducted and evaluated under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and the competitive negotiation procedures of FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The responsible offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (available at: www.sam.gov), and all responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration. Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. Submissions must also include a completed copy of the Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items.
