Description
The 139th Mission Support Group contracting office intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed-price contract to provide the necessary, personnel, equipment, transportation, and materials required to install new Fire Alarm Systems in buildings located on the Air National Guard Base in St. Joseph MO. The project includes the installation of new Monaco Panels in five buildings, with two as options. Project will also include the installation of new pull stations, detectors, horns, strobe lights, and wiring in four buildings. Installer must be certified for Monaco instillation. The contract duration will be 180 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is 100% for small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210 with a small business size standard of $19 million. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Please be advised that this notice is published soley to inform industry of Governement's intent to solicit quotations directly from 139th AW contracting office. The government does not intend to post a formal soliciation notice on SAM.gov for coordinators or brokers to quote.
