Description
The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), on behalf of U.S. Army, Capability Program Executive Command and Control, Information Network (CPE C2IN) intends to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) Term single award contract for Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) services in support of the Armys Public Safety Communications (PSC) for the Project Manager Integrated Enterprise Network (PM IEN)/Product Director Base Emergency Communications System (PD BECS). This solicitation is set aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 541330 and a small business size standard of $25.5M. Please see attached DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) and associated documents.
