SUBJECT: Synopsis Waiver; SPRTA1-26-Q-0409 PR#: FD2030-26-01429 A synopsis is not required for this contract action in accordance with FAR 5.101(b)(l)(i). This exception states that if the Contracting Officer determines that the proposed contract action is for an amount not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold the synopsis notice is not required.
