Description
Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), a national laboratory within the Department of Energy, is hereby soliciting information from potential sources regarding Oracle Cloud SCM Redwood Migration Support services. The objective is to obtain limited Oracle Cloud SCM Redwood migration support sufficient to identify PPPL's required readiness work, confirm the minimum viable path forward, support a small set of PPPL-authorized critical actions, and transfer practical knowledge to PPPL staff. The engagement is not intended to be a full end-to-end Redwood migration, broad optimization effort, or extended production support project. PPPL is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including Large Businesses, Small Businesses, and all socioeconomic categories (SDB, 8(a), WOSB, SDVOSB, EDWOSB, HUBZone), as well as HBCU/MIs. This information will be used to determine the appropriate level of competition and establish small business subcontracting goals. PPPL reserves the right to consider specific set-asides based on the responses received.
