Description
This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to DARBONNIER TACTICAL SUPPLY LLC. The Hanscom Air Force Base 66th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) intends to award a sole source contract to acquire thirty (30) custom-fitted Angel Armor 2.0 vest systems, including carriers, soft armor, hard armor plates, accessory pouches, and custom badging. The proposed contract action is to procure the specific supply for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO 6.103-1. Interested parties may submit responses (capability statement) to this notice by email to Brian Murphy at [email protected] and Rachyl Cushman at rachyl.cushman @us.af.mil no later than 11:00 AM EST on 9 September 2026. No other communications will be entertained. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information to be solicited. Although proposal and offeror are used in this Pre-solicitation, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. We anticipate a sole source procurement IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304.
