This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N6817126QT023 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for procuring replacement flexible marine composite fuel transfer hoses at NAVSTA Rota, Spain. The fuel transfer hoses are required to support the safe, reliable, and continuous transfer, receipt, storage, and distribution of petroleum products (specifically JP-5, JP-8 and F76) from barges, ships and piers to Bulk Storage location. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
