N6134026R1014: FTSS V Maritime COMS Draft RFP

This opportunity was posted in PIEE and due to technical difficulties, did not migrate to SAM.gov. This Special Notice constitutes the posting of the draft RFP. The purpose of this notice update is to provide the draft solicitation and contemplated acquisition dates for the Maritime Contractor Operations and Maintenance Services (COMS) Task Order under the FTSS V Multiple Award Contract (MAC) with support at NAS Jacksonville, FL and NAS Whidbey Island, WA. This effort will be awarded under FTSS V, Lot 1, and will be limited to Lot 1 MAC holders only. A list of FTSS V Lot 1 points of contact is included with this draft solicitation for possible subcontracting opportunities. Site visits will be held at NAS Whidbey Island, WA on 08/18/2026 and at NAS Jacksonville, FL on 08/20/2026. The pre-proposal conference will be held on 08/20/2026 at NAS Jacksonville at 1300 Eastern. Specific site visit instructions will be provided to FTSS V, Lot 1 MAC holders in a separate attachment upon request. Draft RFP attachments will be provided to FTSS V, Lot 1 MAC holders via DoDSAFE upon request and submittal of a completed Attachment L-9 GFI Request and NDA Form.
