THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSAL. PHNSY & IMF IS NOT SEEKING PRICING OR OFFERS. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to seek eligible contractors who are interested and capable of providing a qualified on-site representative in support of AERP Overhaul for the No. 1 and No. 2 High Pressure Air Compressors (HPACs) onboard a Los Angeles class submarine. See attached DRAFT Statement of Work for more details. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 - Ship Building and Repairing. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J020 - Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment - Ship Repair and Marine Equipment. This request for capability information does not constitute as a request for proposals. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Submissions of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. To be evaluated for technical merit and capability, statements must be received by the stated deadline. In determining whether or not to compete this requirement, the Government has sole discretion. If your organization has the capability of performing these services, please provide the following information: 1. Organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, size and type of ownership for the organization, CAGE code, DUNS number, and 2. Tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of technical capability to perform the specified work, and organizational and staff capacity.
