Description
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a commercial Sole Source contract to Cartridge Technologies, LLC (CAGE CODE: 068Z8), 15738 Crabbs Branch Way, Rockville, Maryland 20850 in accordance with FAR 12.201-1. This requirement is for maintenance and consumable support for the 214 leased Multifunction Devices (MFDs) procured via a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contract for the Commander Navy Region Southwest (CNRSW). The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice by 31 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m. PDT via e-mail to [email protected]. The information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
