AMENDMENT 01: The purpose of this amendment is updating Section L in 3.4.1 to remove the "DUNs" reference and replace with "UEI", incorporating signed SOW attachment (no update to SOW content), extending solicitation deadline to October 19th, and answering industry questions via section A extended amendment description. The proposal deadline is being extended one business day, due to the SOW attachment file in SAM.gov being inaccessible for viewing or download for one business day at the time of the solicitation posting.
