Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract modification to the Systems Improvement Program IV Contract, N00019-22-C-0067, to Raytheon (RAY) on a sole source basis for 10.5 Operational Testing (OT) Support. Support for 10.5 OT includes flight test preparation and planning, support of flight-test execution for live fire and captive carry events, and post-test analysis. The AIM-9X Program is a joint DoN and USAF program with the United States Navy (USN) designated as the lead service. Requirements are for the Department of the Navy (DoN), United States Air Force (USAF) and various FMS customers. This modification was awarded on a sole source basis to Raytheon (RAY), 1151 East Hermans Road, Tucson, AZ 85734-1337, based on the authority provided in FAR 6.301-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Sources or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
