Description
Notice of Justification for Limiting Sources: P42 Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Services Contracting Branch (AFTC/PZIOB) at Edwards AFB, has awarded a contract for Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) services at Plant 42. This action was executed and justified in accordance with RFO 6.103-1(b), One responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Furthermore, a pre-award synopsis was not required pursuant to the utility services exemption under RFO 5.101(b)(1)(vi). A redacted copy of the approved Justification for Limiting Sources is attached to this notice to fulfill public disclosure requirements. This redaction protects internal operational details while maintaining full transparency regarding the nature of the services and the basis for the sole source determination.
