Description
On 8/21/26, Amendment 01 was issued to provide the presentation and attendance sheet from the Pre-Proposal Meeting held virtually on 8/20/26 see attached files for more information. Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is requesting proposals for roof maintenance, leak mitigation, leak prevention, repair, and restoration services. This will result in two (2) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) subcontracts. The projects are located on the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) Site, adjacent to the city of Batavia, Illinois. The projects are in Du Page and Kane County. The Subcontractor shall furnish all required supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform diligently and fully all work as described in the technical specifications. All work includes transportation, overhead, bonding costs, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required. For more detailed information, please review the attached SOW entitled, Fermilab Roof Maintenance and Repair Services. Proposals are due 09/15/2026 at 5pm CT.
