Amendment #1 - 8-25-2026 - The sole purpose of this amendment is to publish the consolidated list of questions and answers received during this time. See uploaded list of consolidated questions and answers. This purchase is to support the military hearing readiness mission at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, this project will replace two multi-person hearing test booths at the LaPointe Audiology Clinic. The acquisition is for a turnkey solution to supply, deliver, and install two new dual-purpose, 8-station audiometric testing booths, and to decommission and dispose of the existing units. The new booths must be capable of performing both high-volume annual readiness screenings and comprehensive clinical/diagnostic audiology testing.
