Description
Notice of Justification for Limiting Sources: Aircraft Battery Management System (ABMS-10X) Upgrade The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Services Contracting Branch (AFTC/PZIOB) at Edwards AFB, has awarded a contract for the supply purcahse of an ABMS-10X upgrade, Christie Chargers, and associated equipment. This action was executed and justified in accordance with RFO 6.103-1(b), One responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A presolicitation notice and opportunity for alternative sources to respond was posted for 15 days IAW RFO 5.101(d), and zero responses were received following the deadline. A redacted copy of the approved Single Source Justification is attached to this notice to fulfill public disclosure requirements.
