Project Solicitation Number: FA813726R0045 Project Title: 17829397-Decommission & Demo CRAC Units at B3001, Annex G, Tinker AFB Project Location: Tinker Air Force Base 17829397-Decommission & Demo CRAC Units at B3001, Annex G, Tinker AFB- This project is required to safely decommission and remove two (2) obsolete Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units from a data center facility. The removal of this equipment necessitates the architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural restoration of the floor, wall, and ceiling systems to return the space to a safe, clean, and fully operational condition. This work ensures the continued integrity, safety, and professional appearance of a critical mission support facility at Tinker AFB. For project specific documents, please email [email protected] for access. Specific documents cannot be posted on SAM.gov. If you experience any difficulty at receiving or access to the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses. After review of the attached project specific documents, if you are interested to attend the Initial Site Visit, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. The POC emails are [email protected] and [email protected]. Your RSVP email must be received by 2:00pm CST on 3 Aug 2026. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. The site visit will be held on 5 Aug 2026. After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, an Initial Site Visit will be coordinated. You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose.
