Description
This notice is prepared in accordance with RFO 5.1 and RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from qualified suppliers in accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2) for a firm-fixed-price contract as outlined in the attached Technical Specifications and Salient Characteristics. The 356th ETSG intends to issue two (2) separate solicitations for these Transformer Cubicles. While the requirements are identical in technical specification, they will be executed as independent contracts due to separate performance locations across Japan. Vendors may submit capability statements for Region A, Region B, or both. Requirements Overview: Requirement 1 (Region A - Yokota): Two (2) complete 150 kVA Transformer Cubicle Units (6.6 kV / 208-120V, 50 Hz) for delivery to Yokota Air Base, Japan. Requirement 2 (Region B - Atsugi): Two (2) complete 150 kVA Transformer Cubicle Units (6.6 kV / 208-120V, 50 Hz) for delivery to Naval Air Facility Atsugi (NAF Atsugi), Japan. Submission Instructions for Interested Vendors: Please reply to this Notice if your company is interested in participating in these upcoming solicitations. Responses must be sent via email to the Point of Contact listed below and must include the following information: Requested Vendor Information: Company Details - Official Name, SAM.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI), and CAGE Code. Regional Performance Capability - State which region(s) your firm is capable of supporting: Region A (Yokota), Region B (Atsugi), or Both. Delivery Date Compliance - Confirm whether your firm can meet the requested delivery date of 30 March 2027 for the selected region(s). If not, provide the earliest realistic lead time. Performance Capability Statement - A brief summary (not to exceed 2 pages) of relevant performance history, local logistics capabilities in Japan, and assembly capacity on-site.
