Description
673 CS seeks telecomunications services where the contractor is required to provide, troubleshoot, and maintain comprehensive, continuous (24/7/365+) telecommunication services for Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK, ensuring operational reliability of 99.999%. This scope encompasses local, domestic long-distance, international long-distance, and toll-free telecommunication services (LLTS) --averaging 90,000 calls monthly. The contractor must supply all necessary transmission facilities, equipment, and maintenance up to the demarcation points, operating in full compliance with Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Programmable Unified Communications (PUC), Department of War (DoW), and Air Force standards.
