Description
This requirement is for a Dorm Campus Security Camera System with wiring and connections at Minot Air Force Base, ND. See attachments: Attachment 1 - Statement of Work Attachment 2 - Quote Sheet Attachment 3 - Campus Map, Security Camera Locations Attachment 4 -DAF Clauses Attachment 5 - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Document Amended NOTICE OF SITE VISIT A site visit for this requirement is scheduled for Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST. For the site visit, all personnel requesting access to Minot Air Force Base must possess a valid State or Government picture identification card. Furthermore, individuals presenting identification cards from a state that is non-compliant with the REAL ID Act will require additional documentation to gain unescorted base access. Additional documentation includes a valid U.S. or foreign government issued passport, an employment authorization document that contains a photograph, or identification cards issued by federal state or local government agencies that include a photo and biographic information. A full list of REAL ID Act compliant and non-complaint states can be found at the following site: https://www.dhs.gov/current-status-states-territories To coordinate base access, please email the names of all participating personnel to SrA Lovely Womack at [email protected] no later than 4:00 PM CST on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Submissions must include: Full legal name (exactly as it appears on driver's license/state ID) Date of birth Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this soliciation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs. If funds become available, an award can be anticipated to take place prior to 30 September 2026.
