Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. 20 Aug 26 - The RFI's received concerning this posting have driven some updates. Specifically, the number of blades required is now 5 Each and the saw must have a blade clutch. Additionally, the following paragraph has been added to he bottom of Attachment 3 - Evaluation Procedures, 'Evaluation: The evaluation will begin with the three lowest-priced quotes to determine their technical acceptability. If fewer than two quotes meet the technical requirements, the process will continue by evaluating the next lowest-priced quote. This evaluation will repeat, moving to progressively higher-priced quotes, until two technically acceptable quotes are identified.' If you are interested in submitting a proposal, it is recommended you review all documents in their entirety. The Dubmission Due Date has been pushed to 31 Aug 26 to allow time for review. Thank you. 10 Aug 26 - Attachment 2 - Instructions to Offerers has been updated to reflect NAICS as 33391. If you have any questions, please let us know. The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of a heavy-duty walk-behind 60" concrete saw and diamond blade capable of a 25-inch cutting depth to conduct full-depth rigid pavement repairs on military airfields (runways, taxiways, and aprons). See attachment 4 - Salient Characteristics for specifics. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 12 Aug 26 at 4:00 PM CST. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of proposals. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a Unique Entity ID Number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. This solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://sam.gov. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished.
