25 August 26 - ***Attention Vendors - Solicitation Amendment 0 FA301626Q02100002 SF 30 - 25 Aug 2026 - The purpose of this amendment is to include Questions and Answers, add Attachment 4 - Skytron Sink Information, and add Attachment 5 - Davis Bacon Act Wage Determination (DBA WD) 260231. All interested offerors that provide a quote must acknowledge all amendments by signing each amendment and include with the quote. ***Attention Vendors - Solicitation Amendment 01 FA301626Q02100001 SF 30 - 31 July 2026 -The purpose of this amendment is to include a Site Visit into this request for quote, extend the quote deadline to allow for a site visit, contractor questions, and customer responses. All interested vendors are to acknowledge Solicitation Amendment 01 FA301626Q02100001 SF 30 by signing and returning the amendment with their quote package in SAM.gov. Please refer to the Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement 20260630, Attachment 2 - Skytron Scrub Sinks, and Attachment 3 - Surgical Scrub Sink Current Setup.
