The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), intends to award a sole source contract to Cina Consulting, LLC (DBA Lab 261) at 2250 Webster St, Palo Alto, CA 94301-4053, for micro- and nanoplastic particle standards (PVC and PET) in 10 nm and 1 ?m sizes with green fluorescent labeling for in vitro toxicology studies. This acquisition is being conducted using the simplified procedures for commercial products under FAR 12.201-1. In addition, use of the same manufacturer is important for study continuity and consistency. As a result of this synopsis, no competitive solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps. Responsible sources that believe they can meet these requirements may submit their capabilities/qualifications statement to provide these services to Mike Davis VIA EMAIL ONLY at [email protected] with PR 98999 referenced in the subject line NO LATER THAN 7:30 PM EST on September 4, 2026.
