Another amendment will be issued once Q&A and the revised solicitation is ready. The facility must be GFAS-accredited and a sanctuary at which no research or breeding will take place. The facility must not buy, sell, or trade animals or sell animal byproducts. Direct public contact should be prohibited. The facility shall also provide species-appropriate habitat and enclosure design that supports the expression of natural behaviors.
