RFQ Amendment 0001 has been posted below. Furthermore, industry questions and answers are forthcoming based on the questions received from industry. NOTE: PLEASE BE ADVISED BRGINNING MONDAY, AUGUST 17, 2026 TRAVEL RESTIRICTIONS BEGIN AROUND THE RONALD REGAN BUILDING DUE TO THE PREPARATION FOR THE GRAND PRIX RACE. PLEASE ACCOUNT FOR POTENTIAL TRAVEL DELAY AND ALLOW ADDITONAL TRAVEL TIME TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, AUGUST 17, 2026 AT 10AM ET. The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement for corrective and preventative maintenance of electronic security systems and the replacement and removal of outdated electronic security systems at the Ronald Reagan Building (DC0459). The Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, lifecycle upgrades and installations to meet assessed security vulnerabilities / gaps in existing security systems. The services include, but are not limited to, routine and preventive maintenance, repairs and service calls. The VSS equipment includes, interior and exterior fixed IP cameras, controllers, monitors and NVR recorders, power supplies, and all associated ancillary equipment and infrastructure that are part of the Ronald Reagan Building Complex. The Period of Performance is for a one-year base ordering period with four one-year optional ordering periods. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed priced provisions is anticipated. This acquisition is being solicited as a total Women-Owned Small Business set aside. Resultant task orders under this contract will be firm fixed price. The source selection process to be utilized for this acquisition is best value/trade-off. The technical, non-price factor, when combined, is more important than price. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 with size standard is $25 million. The successful Contractor is required to be register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
