This Request for Proposal will result in a Single Firm Fixed Price Contract Award for Building 93 Renovations at Federal Law Enforcement Traning Center, Glynco GA The contract will be procured as a 100% total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this solidicitation shall be 236220, Commericial and Institutional Building Construction A site visit will be held on August 26, 2026 at 11:00am at FLETC Building 200 *** Detailed SOW, Specifications, Drawings, Attachments (except solicitation and non-disclosure agreement) are secure documents and will require the submission of Attachment 11, Non-Disclosure Agreement to the attention of the Contracting Officer(s) prior to requesting and obtaining access to controlled docs in SAM.*** Amendment 0001 issued 08/21/2026
