Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order restricting competition to a sole-source company per RFO 12.102(a). The requirement will be for the use of Teledyne's 7c's Analyser and CARIS software products. Teledyne has exclusive rights to sell these specific products within North America. The Government intends to purchase the 7c's and CARIS products on an annual basis for its IENC program with a base period plus four (4) option years. ALL responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the agency (per FAR 5.207(c)(16)). Any interested sources may submit information to Justin McPherson, Contract Specialist, via email at [email protected] no later than 12:00 PM EDT on 01 September 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
