Wareyard requirement: Accommodate 50-foot tractor trailer storage containers. Minimum size of 247,000 square feet. Vehicle and logistics intake: Must accommodate tractor trailers ranging from 20 feet to 70 feet (with trailer attached). Turning radius must support full tractor trailer movement or include a passthrough drive for docking. Warehouse must be able to accommodate: Vertical retrieval system (VRS) units (in addition to 25-foot rack system). Radio frequency (RF) line for RF guided Turret trucks. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
