Description
UPDATE Amendment 0001 / A0001: The previously issued RFQ package is deleted in its entirety and replaced with revised/conformed RFQ package 47QACA26Q0393_R1. Vendors shall use the revised/conformed RFQ package and revised/added attachments when preparing quotations. Quotes are now due no later than September 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. To the extent any information in the original notice description conflicts with Amendment 0001 or 47QACA26Q0393_R1, Amendment 0001 and 47QACA26Q0393_R1 control. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price, supply contract for engine lathes, to the United States Air Force Life Cycle Material Command (AFLCMC). This requirement is for the supply of flaring and beading machines to ensure the AFLCMC can widen the end of pipes or tubes and to form raised edges or beads on tubes to strengthen various structures. (See Attachment 1 of RFQ for salient characteristics). This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All supplies submitted by proposed Contractors for consideration must be flaring and beading machines. The is a total small business set aside requirement.
