This Notice of Intent is for a proposed award of a sole source contract (base and 2 option years, for period of performance of (12-1-2026 to 11-30-2029) for Rad Source Blood Irradiator Maintenance Service at the Omaha VA Medical Center 4101 Woolworth Ave, Omaha, NE 68105. Rad Source Imaging Technologies Inc is the only source capable of meeting this requirement and has proprietary rights to maintain its own equipment. Rad Source Imaging Technologies Inc. does not have authorized resellers, dealers, or distributors to maintain its proprietary equipment.
