The FSC/PSC is DA01 IT and Telecom Business Application/application Development Support Services (Labor) The VA Puget Sound Health Care System is seeking to purchase a Primary Care Analytic Team (PCAT) Data Steward. See attached Request for Quotes (RFQ) for details. The period of performance will be a base plus three option years. Base Year: 10/15/2026 10/14/2027 Option Year One: 10/15/2027 10/14/2028 Option Year Two: 10/15/2028 10/14/2029 Option Year Three: 10/15/2029 10/14/2030 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ.
