This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process. 2. This requirement is for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set aside and will be firm fixed price. 5. Contractor to provide services in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract for the period of on or about September 30, 2026 through December 31, 2026. 7.
