The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide Dental Ultrasound Units for the Milwaukee VAMC/GreenBay CBOC. General Requirements: The Clement J. Zablocki VAMC requires twenty-one (21) and the Milo C. Huempfner Outpatient Clinic requires six (6) of the Varios 970 VA970 LUX (120V) multi-function ultrasonic scalers designed for use in dental clinics, with the following salient characteristics: Power supply: AC 120 V, 50/60 Hz Frequency: 25-35 kHz Max output: <12W (G mode) Display: LED display with large, clear parameter readout Auto cleaning: dual-channel flush (tubing, handpiece, tips) Works with at least 2 different bottles with a capacity 375 mL or greater which are interchangeable and can facilitate individual solutions Foot control: must have a compatible foot control unit with at least 2.4m of cable Dimensions: W < 200 mm D < 300 mm H < 190 mm Weight: 1.57kg - 3kg (excluding attachments) The Clement J. Zablocki VAMC requires sixty (60) and the Milo C. Huempfner Outpatient Clinic requires sixty (60) of the Forza V3 LED Piezo Ultrasonic handpieces that must be compatible with the purchased multi-function ultrasonce scalers and the additional following salient characteristics: Weight: less than 38 grams Illumination: Dual LED fiber optics Control unit features: - compact - swivel - water reservoir with easy control - high-power button Works for general scaling, periodontics, endodontics All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL THE FOLLOWING: Company name.
