Description

Medical Emergency Alert Device (MEAD) Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, Enterprise Procurement Office (EPO) in Fredericksburg Virginia intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation for the procurement of Medical Emergency Alert Neck Pendant and Wristband devices. The RFP will be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside under NAICS 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5895, Miscellaneous Communication Equipment. The Government intends to issue an RFP to SAM by late September 2026. The anticipated period of performance is for a base year with four (4), one (1) year options. No telephone or email questions will be accepted at the time.
