Description
Project Scope: The Contractor shall inspect and repair mission-critical equipment at the Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. This includes four (4) boiler units, one (1) Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), and all associated systems such as the condensate receiver tank, compressors, compressed air tanks, DA tanks, pumps, economizers, fans, the fuel train, turbines, and safety valves. The primary objective is to identify and correct deficiencies to prevent system failures. - Please see Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional requirements. - Questions are due no later than 2:00PM EST, 26 Aug 2026. Answers will be provided no later than 28 Aug 2026. - Offers are due on or before 11:00AM EST, 2 Sep 2026. - A site visit will be held on 9:00-11:00AM, 25 Aug 2026. Please arrive by 8:15AM at Hanscom AFB Visitor Center to obtain a pass.
