The space must be located within 15 miles from 585 Ripley Blvd. Alpena, Michigan. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5993.40 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5993.40 To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by September 15, 2026.
