Subject: Request for Proposal Number 19M05526R0004 Enclosed is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Sports Envoy Soccer Program Event Organization. The U.S. Embassy Rabat has a requirement for a contractor to provide comprehensive logistical, operational, and event-management services to support a week-long, multi-city Sports Envoy program in accordance with the specifications and the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you would like to submit a proposal, please follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to [email protected] The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Questions are due by September 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM local time, via [email protected]. Proposals are due by September 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM local time. No proposals will be accepted after this time.
