This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the Contractor to provide Staff Room Restoration Services for the U.S. Consulate General Sapporo U.S. Consulate General Sapporo, Japan. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offers without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract.
